Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval, a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval, is a leader in IT and digital solutions. We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and experienced System & Infrastructure Senior Specialist to join our team and ensure the continuous performance and reliability of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical solutions to resolve complex system issues.
• Review and optimize technologies and tools in use.
• Continuously monitor services to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Coordinate and guide the team to resolve critical incidents in the shortest possible time.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance processes.
• Quickly troubleshoot system incidents.
• Identify system problems (Problems).
• Develop and implement accessibility and reliability policies.
• Manage resources and implement preventive measures to avoid downtime.
• Assess system upgrade requirements to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Provide accurate reports to management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

• LPIC2
• Network Knowledge
• GSM
• CI/CD
• DB Workshop1
• ITIL4
• (Scrum) Project Management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
