

Key Responsibilities
· Build, maintain, and strengthen professional communication with both B2B and B2C clients
· Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies
· Manage the full customer journey: presenting products, handling purchase processes, and following up on inquiries
· Draft and prepare formal business correspondence, proposals, and contracts
· Organize and actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
· Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management for decision-making
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (international experience is a plus)
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
· Familiarity with guerrilla marketing and innovative sales approaches
· Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management systems
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Strong teamwork abilities with excellent organizational and planning skills
· Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of writing compelling content
· Proficiency in ICDL and modern office software tools
· Willingness to travel internationally when required
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
· Knowledge of Arabic or Turkish (Istanbul dialect) will be considered a strong advantage
