Social Media Specialist

• Content Creation & Design – Develop engaging graphics, short videos, and stories using Canva, InShot, and AI tools to enhance brand presence
• Copywriting & Captioning – Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for posts, stories, ads, and campaigns
• Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
• Engagement & Community Building – Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to foster an active online community
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Measure KPIs, analyze insights, and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement
• Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on social media trends, new tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and competitive

Requirments: 

• years of proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling content.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar) and familiarity with AI-powered tools for copy and design.
•  Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.
