Are you a people-person with native-level English and a passion for beauty & business? We’re looking for a Sales & Client Relationship Specialist to join our fast-growing platform that connects beauty professionals with top salons across the GCC.

What You'll Do:
Communicate fluently in English with both clients and candidates via chat, voice, and video.
Attend interviews and act as a professional point of contact between salons and staff.
Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal.
Coordinate between beauty professionals and salon owners to ensure smooth placement.
Learn and use our internal systems quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team, bring ideas, and contribute to our shared growth.

What We're Looking For:
Native-level or fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
Strong sales skills with a proactive, professional, and goal-driven personality.
Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working with online platforms.
Team player who is coachable, responsible, and self-motivated.
Serious about work, we need someone mature, focused, and ready to grow.

Salary and Working Hours:
Base salary of $300 to $500 per month + performance bonuses
Work schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours a day
