We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Educational Supervisor to oversee the academic programs and teaching staff at our preschool. The role requires a strong background in early childhood education, curriculum development, and teacher supervision, combined with creativity, leadership, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Development

Create, implement, and evaluate annual and monthly educational syllabi.
Ensure programs align with child development principles and age-appropriate milestones.
Integrate innovative teaching methods, including play-based and project-based learning.

Teacher Supervision & Training

Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing ongoing training and professional development.
Monitor classroom performance, ensuring high-quality teaching standards.
Conduct regular evaluations and give constructive feedback to teachers.

Quality Assurance & Program Evaluation

Assess the effectiveness of educational activities and make continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and child safety regulations.

Parent Engagement

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and developmental milestones.
Organize workshops and parent–teacher meetings when necessary.

Leadership & Administration

Work closely with the management team to align educational goals with the school’s vision.
Lead by example, fostering a positive, collaborative, and child-centered culture.
