About Role

As a Merchant Contract Admin, your mission is to review and manage contracts while checking registration documents to ensure everything is complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of clarity and compliance in our merchant onboarding process, helping build trust and laying a strong foundation for long-term growth at Snapp! Pay.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify all incoming contracts and registration documents within 48 hours to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain error-free documentation and achieve zero omissions across contracts and registration files.
  • Keep records of all contracts and registration documents fully updated with high accuracy.
  •  Ensure every contract complies with company policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
  • Deliver clear and timely monthly reports on contract status and document verification to management.
  • Support the team by helping onboard and train new members on contract and document management processes.

  •  Analytical skills to ensure documents follow policies and legal rules.
  • Organized in managing documents and records.
  • Good time management to review contracts on schedule.
  • Clear communication with colleagues and departments.
  • Team player ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Problem-solving to address contract or document issues.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  •  Skilled in Word, Excel, and document management systems.
