Chore Responsibilities
- Teaching all four skills with an exam-focused approach (IELTS/TOEFL), including test-taking and time management strategies.
- Delivering structured feedback using IELTS Band Descriptors and TOEFL Scoring Rubrics.
- Performing error analysis, and submitting progress reports to the language department.
- Developing or localizing supplementary materials (worksheets/slides/assignments) according to the educational standards.
- To be able to manage group and online classes, ensuring punctuality, class discipline, and pedagogical standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in English Language Teaching or closely related fields.
- Minimum TOEFL iBT 100 or IELTS 7.5 (official proof required: TRF/ETS).
- Proven ability to teach group classes and operate effectively in online environments (virtual classroom tools, interaction management, troubleshooting).
- Practical command of IELTS Band Descriptors and TOEFL Rubrics, with the ability to analyze Writing/Speaking.
- Strong feedback delivery, goal setting, and learner progress tracking.
- Nice to have: CELTA/DELTA/TESOL/TEFL; documented success in leading learners to target scores; course design experience; Writing/Speaking evaluation background; familiarity with interactive online tools.
