Vendor Performance Supervisor holds a key role in the Sales & Operations department, with the primary responsibility of managing a team and improving vendor performance. This individual achieves this by analyzing performance data, evaluating vendor operations, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. The position requires a blend of managerial and analytical skills to resolve issues and ultimately increase customer and vendor satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
1. Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise the team's daily performance and ensure all guidelines and standards are followed.
- Train and develop team members, especially new hires.
- Provide constructive feedback and assist team members with their career growth.
- Motivate, encourage, and foster a strong sense of commitment within the team.
2. Vendor Performance Improvement
- Identify and analyze weaknesses in vendor performance
- Analyze vendor performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans for vendors (e.g., training programs).
- Handle crisis management and resolve customer and vendor complaints effectively
- Optimize operational processes, from order placement to delivery, to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct thorough reviews of customer complaints and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Hold regular meetings with vendors to provide feedback and review their performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Q-Commerce, operations, is a plus
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and decision-making skills
