About Role

As a Merchant Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for approaching and onboarding medium to large-sized merchants, helping expand Snapp! Pay’s network of in-person sellers. In this role, you will identify potential partners, present the value of Snapp! Pay’s installment service, and ensure a smooth acquisition journey. Your efforts will directly contribute to business growth by building strong partnerships and driving adoption of our payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential merchants through market mapping and lead generation channels.
  • Lead contract discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and secure agreements in line with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate all onboarding steps, from document collection to system setup, ensuring merchants are active in the network on time.
  • Serve as the main contact for newly contracted merchants, guiding them through first transactions and resolving any initial issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline workflows and address compliance or billing questions.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting volume-based KPIs.
  • Organized to manage multiple deals at the same time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail when reviewing legal and financial documents.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
