Job Description:
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating various technical teams (Database, IT Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualization, Big Data, Cloud, OS Linux, and OS Windows).
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Leading the planning and management of the organization’s database systems (relational and NoSQL).
• Supervising the use of big data technologies and cloud services for data processing and analytics.
• Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Developing and managing budgets for technical projects and operations.
• Ensuring systems and data adhere to regulatory compliance and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in database management, IT infrastructure, storage, virtualization, big data, cloud technologies, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Familiarity with infrastructure management tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and security frameworks.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and high level of accountability.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles managing diverse teams and complex projects.
