

Job Description
Brand Manager is accountable to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of our brand initiatives. He/ She will own brand strategy for Pure life brand to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and refine brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate our products/services.
Translate strategy into actionable brand plans and yearly roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Campaign & Content Leadership
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, PR, events) that build equity and drive demand.
Create and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and asset libraries.
Market & Consumer Insight
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
Identify target segments, personas, and customer journeys; map touchpoints and moments that matter.
Measurement & Analytics
Define KPI framework (brand equity, awareness, consideration, preference, NPS, engagement) and track performance.
Analyze campaign ROI, attribution, and mix optimization, present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales and PR to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Lead or participate in quarterly brand reviews and budget planning.
Budget & Vendor Management
Plan and manage brand budget; negotiate with external agencies and vendors; ensure timely delivery and quality.
Brand Protection & Compliance
Ensure brand usage compliance across all channels and regions; manage IP(initial plan), licensing, and regulatory considerations where applicable.
Product Development & Launches
Contribute to new product development, pricing strategies, and product launches.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent brand messaging, identity, and visuals across all brand touchpoints and collateral.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
-3–5+ years of brand management or product marketing experience in FMCG market.
-Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
-Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Marketing Automation platforms, and ad platforms).
-Experience with brand guidelines, storytelling, and creative brief development.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and synthesize insights.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service is an advantage
-Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
-Proficiency in MS Office.
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-Fluent in English.
