

Iran Kansai Paint Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Help Desk to join its Information Technology department. This person will be the communication link between users (Head Office and Factory) and the information technology team.
Job Description and Duties:
-Familiarity with Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, and occasionally Linux
-Proficiency in Office Software: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams
-Understanding of Computer Networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
-Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (Printers, Laptops, Monitors)
-Familiarity with Active Directory and users management
-Familiarity with Remote Desktop tools and providing remote support
-Knowledge of antivirus software and basic system security
Technical Skills:
-Familiarity with network concepts and protocols; knowledge of basic Routing and Switching concepts
-Practical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft operating systems (Servers & Clients)
-Basic proficiency in managing VMs on ESXi
-Familiarity with the MikroTik environment
-Familiarity with Microsoft AX 2012 is a plus

-Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
-Team spirit and ability to collaborate with other IT sections
-Ability to document problems and their solutions
-High accuracy and attention to detail
-Responsibility and follow-through until a problem is completely resolved
