Network Security Team Lead

We are looking for a Network Security Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of securing and managing our enterprise network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
• Design, implement, and support enterprise routing (BGP, OSPF) and secure VPN connectivity (ADVPN, site-to-site, remote access).
• Administer Cisco ISE and 802.1X frameworks for identity-based access control.
• Oversee incident response, monitoring, and compliance with security frameworks.
• Mentor and guide a team of security engineers, while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and VPNs.
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE / NAC solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years in network security engineering, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CEH.
