Tahagasht Travel Agency, a leading company in the tourism and travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Lead to join its team in order to develop and enhance its online sales systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical development team of the online sales platform
• Identify team challenges and provide effective solutions
• Build strong communication between team members and external contractors
• Design and propose innovative technical solutions to improve software quality and performance
• Manage the process of software development, maintenance, and upgrades with a focus on quality and scalability
• Continuously monitor project progress to ensure goals and timelines are met
• Organize regular meetings with the team and contractors to review progress and resolve issues
• Analyze software strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements to management

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of web-based software architecture, especially Microservices
• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Hands-on experience with ORMs, particularly Hibernate
• Familiarity with Spring Framework (considered a plus)
• Strong knowledge of databases (experience with Oracle is a plus)
• Familiarity with web services and APIs (SOAP and REST)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectures
• Familiarity with ticketing and tour booking processes in the travel industry (considered a plus)
