Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to play a key role in the launch and development of our franchise initiative In "SMART" Business Line(One of Snapp Market Business Line). This individual will act as a creator and builder of new opportunities, supporting the business in the early stages of the franchise journey. The role requires both analytical insight and strong execution capability to shape scalable processes, establish sustainable partnerships, and deliver impactful business outcomes. With full ownership of business development projects, the candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, and result-oriented accountability to accelerate growth and unlock new opportunities for the company.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management

Own business development projects from start to finish, taking full accountability for deliverables and outcomes.

Ensure timely progress reporting and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Financial & Business Analysis

Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance and support decision-making

  • Process Optimization

Continuously monitor and improve operational and commercial processes for higher efficiency and scalability.

  • Vendor & Partner Management

Act as an account Manager, focused on retaining and growing existing business partners by driving satisfaction, performance, and long-term value.

Lead contract negotiations and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Process Monitoring & Reporting

Track business KPIs and prepare regular analytical reports with actionable insights.
