Job Description

Jabama is looking for a motivated Junior IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Provide first-level helpdesk support and resolve end-user issues.
  • Assist in installing and maintaining basic software and hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot common problems related to Windows, Mac, and basic Linux environments.
  • Support basic network tasks under supervision (connections, cables, Wi-Fi setup, etc.).
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (students in final semesters are also welcome).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support/helpdesk (internships or projects count).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with networks (Network+ knowledge is a plus).
  • Eager to learn Active Directory, Microsoft services, and CCNA-related concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to grow.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
