We are now seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Tehran office and drive logistics business development.

Responsibilities:
Familiarity with international shipping and forwarding processes (road, sea, air).
Planning and persuading potential customers.
Active participation in domestic and international exhibitions - various industries, to introduce the company's services to potential customers.
Professional marketing and identification of new customers.
Full command of English (spoken and written).
A spirit of planning, patience, discipline and hospitality in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding sales.
Strong knowledge of international trade and supply chain services.
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Salary & Benefits:
Base salary according to Iranian labor law.
Tiered commission scheme: USD 500 – 2,000+ per month depending on performance.
