About the Role
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will be the first touchpoint for new joiners, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and supporting them throughout their employee lifecycle. You will also be involved in different HR projects, collaborating with other HR teams.
Basic Job Description:
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, renewals, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Iran labor laws, insurance, and company policies.
- Manage HRIS data, reports, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee health checkup programs and medical insurance enrollments.
- Handle HR tickets and employee queries with efficiency and care.
- Partner with the Culture team on engagement and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services.
- Hands-on knowledge of Iran labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

Sunday-Thursday – 8:30-17:00
