Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Help Desk Specialist for support IT team at Azki Company. As a help desk specialist, you will be required to respond to queries in person and over the phone, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to provide basic computer training, modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain hardware and software, including workstations, multimedia systems, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage and document support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue closures.
  • Build knowledge base resources related to printing and scanning and train staff when necessary.
  • Create and maintain "How To" training manuals and guides.
  • Train users on basic troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
  • Participate in the team’s 24/7 on-call rotation, including incident management duties.
  • Work effectively in a mixed technology and multi-vendor environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in IT and show eagerness to learn new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
  • Proficiency in MAC, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Network+ and A+ certifications.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols and diagnostics.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications such as Linux+, CCNA, MCSA, and Mikrotik are a plus.
