We are looking for a Business Operation Technical Team Leader To manage operational Business planning, implementation, support and maintenance of products and services related to Charging Systems and tariff management in line with business requirements.

Responsibilities: 

• To productively lead team to support, analyze, design and deliver campaign solutions on time to meet ITS, Marketing Department demands. 
• To support and handle all configuration changes related to Tariff and Refill Logic, Creation and definition of different type of Offers, Account balances, Accumulators, Counters, Free units, Number Prefixes, Short Codes, Rating Groups, Notifications, Notifications templates, plans, CUG, Quota, Global prices, number analysis for customers.
• To implement the new solutions and strategies related to Charging Systems products and services operations for solution team.
• Actively perform Quality Control testing and verification for every delivered new solution to ensure end-to-end operation working of campaigns and products.
• Effectively provide solutions related to Business Configuration for new Marketing campaign promotions and other business requirements.
• To ensure the ongoing operation, stability and availability of Charging service to meet business requirements.
• Co-ordinate with different teams including ITS, Marketing, RA, CR and NWG to get business requirements, perform the feasibility analysis and implement the solutions 
• To translate business expectations related to Business configurations within SLA to ensure agreed service levels are met with regard to customer expectations.
• Prepare proper documentation of all new Business Configuration.
• To ensure effective communication with NOC (Network Operation Centre) about impact of new or improved products, services and platforms with contacts and escalation procedures has been made.
• To communicate with ITS & different business teams in case of any major issue and inform them to ensure rapid response and appropriate support to customers.
• To manage Charging Systems service second line support and provide guidance and direction for first line support to enable efficient operation of the Charging team and appropriate fault handling and escalation procedures and practice
• To ensure compliance of all configuration with all regulatory, financial, commercial, and business requirements (e.g., security policies, security and assurance of revenue within defined parameters).
• To influence the other partners to deliver the services and deploy the resources as per MTN Irancell’s business needs.
• To integrate other partners and act as a mediator to resolve conflicts among them.
• To facilitate cross functional teams’ communication including members from MTN Irancell and LOC team and other partners.
