Daily Market, as one of the leading brands in the retail industry, is expanding its marketing team and is looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative, motivated, and result-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Manage the content creation team and oversee output across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Analyze performance data and KPIs, and provide regular reports
- Plan and coordinate digital campaigns in collaboration with other marketing teams
- Handle community management, customer feedback, and crisis management on social platforms
- Collaborate closely with design, advertising, and PR teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management (preferably in FMCG or Retail)
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, campaign creation, and project management
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proven leadership and time management abilities
- High creativity and awareness of social media trends and algorithms
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments with strong crisis management skills
