This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in campaign management, who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can craft data-informed strategies to grow our B2B client base.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to grow Tapsi Food’s B2B clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure campaign strategies align with business goals.
- Conduct and interpret market research to identify target audiences, segment customer profiles, and uncover insights to optimize performance.
- Manage the creation of campaign assets—landing pages, ad copy, social media content, and visuals—ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to improve campaign processes.
- Prepare campaign reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting insights and results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably with B2B exposure.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign planning, segmentation, A/B testing, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with analytics tools to extract and apply actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Attentive listening, keen awareness of others’ perspectives, and strong judgment to make well-informed decisions.
