Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to drive data-informed product decisions. Translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance using metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions in collaboration with the development team.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management or a related role. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. Proven ability to define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with software development or a technical background is a plus. Familiarity with customer research tools and methodologies. Experience working in ‌ B2B. Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies to facilitate communication with technical teams.
