Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities
·         Preparing and updating short-, mid-, and long-term financial plans

·         Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions

·         Designing and maintaining financial models for forecasting revenue, costs, profit, and cash flow

·         Collaborating with departments to define KPIs and analyze performance metrics

·         Preparing analytical reports for senior management and the board

·         Evaluating economic scenarios and their impact on financial outcomes

·         Monitoring market trends and competitor benchmarks for strategic insights

Requirements
·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles

·         Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

·         Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

·         Strategic mindset and strong analytical reporting capabilities
