We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will be responsible for scaling our digital acquisition campaigns, driving ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, and programmatic networks.
Own end-to-end performance marketing funnel, including A/B testing, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
Develop and manage KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and drive actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure messaging, landing pages, and conversion funnels are aligned for optimal performance.
Explore and test new paid channels and tactics for customer acquisition and remarketing.
Analyze user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks to continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
Manage relationships with external agencies, tools, and ad platforms.
Stay ahead of trends and platform updates in digital advertising and growth strategies.
 

Requirements
 
1-3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media (preferably in a B2C or eCommerce/SaaS environment).
Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, pixel/tag management, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
Experience with Google Ads, Yektanet, Tapsell, and other relevant platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
