We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Event Marketing Manager to drive B2B lead generation through high-impact marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute event strategies to support B2B lead generation and brand awareness
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing events including webinars, conferences, partner activations, and sponsored events
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with go-to-market (GTM) priorities
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships
• Promote events through integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, etc.)
• Track event performance using KPIs (e.g., registrations, attendance, engagement, lead quality) and provide post-event reporting and analysis
• Gather attendee feedback to continuously improve future event experiences
• Ensure all events align with brand guidelines, seasonal priorities, and business goals
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to inform event strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning and executing B2B marketing events (virtual, in-person, or hybrid)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams
• Results-driven with a data-informed approach to campaign planning and evaluation
