Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Tribe. You will define, develop, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring successful execution of product initiatives. Working closely with technical and business teams, you will drive innovations that deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product roadmap development aligned with strategic goals.

• Conduct market research and drive product innovation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, product managers, and designers to gather insights and ensure effective feature implementation.

• Analyze business requirements to identify problems and provide solutions, tracking development to ensure timely delivery.

• Prioritize and groom backlog items.

• Analyze metrics, feedback, and trends to make data-driven decisions.

• Resolve issues or roadblocks to maintain smooth delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends, benchmark competitors, and identify potential initiatives and collaborations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Q-commerce or e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of product management principles and best practices.

• Proven experience defining and executing product roadmaps in an agile environment.

• Ability to analyze data, visualize insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.

• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions.
