Holder of position should lead trade sales team to trade channels and should be able to pave the path for  achievment of sales targets.

key resposibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with main sales channel.
- Lead, motivate and help trade team to higher performance
-Monitor market trends  and introduce new plans and programs to distributors.
