Flutter Mobile Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Flutter Mobile Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, with a focus on delivering a seamless WebView experience and secure integration with network services (e.g., VPN/Proxy). A critical part of the position is hands-on experience with publishing apps to both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and staying compliant with their latest policies and submission guidelines.

 
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Implement WebView-based features with custom behaviors and configurations.
Integrate with network-level services (e.g., VPN/Proxy clients such as V2Ray) through native plugins or APIs.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across a wide range of devices.
Prepare and publish apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, managing provisioning, certificates, and release notes.
Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play policies, including privacy and data handling regulations.
Monitor app performance, crash reports, and analytics to identify and fix bugs or usability issues.
Contribute to code reviews and maintain code quality through testing and documentation.
 
Requirements
3+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 2 years with Flutter.
Proven experience in publishing and maintaining apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong knowledge of store submission processes, app signing, and release management.
Proficient in Dart and familiar with Flutter’s ecosystem (packages, state management, plugins).
Experience with tools such as Git, Xcode, Android Studio, and build automation pipelines.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebView integrations, and mobile app architectures.
Ability to write or integrate with native code (Swift/Kotlin) when needed for VPN/Proxy or system-level features.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or integrating native plugins in Flutter (e.g., VPN/Proxy integrations).
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane.
Familiarity with OTA updates (e.g., Firebase App Distribution, CodeMagic).
Experience working in agile teams and startup environments.
