About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new retail partners to expand Snapp! Pay’s in-store network. Working closely with the promoter team, you will drive retail growth by executing acquisition strategies and ensuring smooth partner activation across key market areas.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retail partner acquisition plans in assigned regions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with and support the promoter team to ensure effective outreach and high-quality acquisitions.
  • Identify and assess potential retail partners, managing the full acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless partner activation.
  • Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Conduct field visits and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Present Snapp! Pay’s services to retail partners, negotiate collaboration terms, and finalize partnership agreements.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail partner acquisition, business development, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience in direct or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the retail market.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail when handling contracts, reports, and partner data.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM or sales management tools.
