

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hostel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate is organized, guest-oriented, and capable of managing both staff and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day hostel operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Supervise and coordinate staff schedules and performance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across the hostel.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Monitor hostel expenses, budgets, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when needed.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract more guests.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotel/hostel management, or a similar role are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
