Key Responsibilities:

• Network Performance Analysis: Analyzing network performance data to identify areas where performance can be improved.
• KPI Monitoring: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track network health and identify potential problems.
• Drive Testing: Conducting drive tests to assess network performance in real-world conditions and identify areas with poor coverage or performance.
• Parameter Optimization: Adjusting network parameters to optimize performance, such as radio frequency (RF) settings.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including call drops, low data speeds, and interference.
• Collaboration: Working with RF engineers, network planners, and field teams to implement solutions and improve network quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creating detailed documentation of network performance, optimization efforts, and troubleshooting steps.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest LTE technologies, network management tools, and industry best practices.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Understanding of LTE: In-depth knowledge of 4G LTE technologies, including LTE-Advanced features and protocols.
• RF Engineering: Expertise in radio frequency (RF) engineering principles and practices.
• Network Analysis: Ability to analyze network data and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Network Management Tools: Proficiency in using network management systems and diagnostic tools.
