We are looking for a Back Office Team Leader to drive the resolution of complex technical issues, ensure system stability, and coordinate with development teams for building resilient solutions. This role is essential for implementing best practices in incident management, optimizing operations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Back Office team in resolving complex issues and improving system stability
- Collaborate with development teams to design resilient systems and implement updates
- Implement and oversee best practices in incident management and system reliability
- Analyze logs using tools such as Elasticsearch to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Assess and monitor continuous improvement of IT operations
- Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) to record, track, and manage issues
Requirements:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience in log analysis using Elasticsearch
- Strong knowledge of SRE principles and cloud-based operations
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in English for documentation and team coordination
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
- More than 5 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting operational issues, process automation, and system scaling
