We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader to oversee system monitoring and incident management while ensuring effective communication across teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining system performance, supporting team members in troubleshooting, and keeping operational documentation accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Front Office team in monitoring and managing system performance
- Assigning and managing incident resolution, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams
- Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for issue management and tracking
- Training and supporting team members in troubleshooting issues
- Coordinating with Back Office teams to resolve complex problems
- Ensuring operational documentation is updated and maintained
Requirements:
- Strong skills in team leadership and management
- Proficiency in incident management and monitoring tools
- Ability to work with ticketing systems such as Jira
- Proficiency in English for communication and documentation
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
