Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader to oversee system monitoring and incident management while ensuring effective communication across teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining system performance, supporting team members in troubleshooting, and keeping operational documentation accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Front Office team in monitoring and managing system performance
  • Assigning and managing incident resolution, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams
  • Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for issue management and tracking
  • Training and supporting team members in troubleshooting issues
  • Coordinating with Back Office teams to resolve complex problems
  • Ensuring operational documentation is updated and maintained

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in team leadership and management
  • Proficiency in incident management and monitoring tools
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Proficiency in English for communication and documentation
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
