We are looking for an Operations Trainee to support our IT operations team in monitoring systems, managing incidents, and developing practical skills through hands-on learning. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT operations while contributing to the team’s daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with system monitoring and identifying potential issues
- Supporting the Front Office team in incident management and documentation
- Attending training sessions to develop operational skills
- Collaborating in the preparation of operational reports
- Using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) to report issues
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of IT operations and networking concepts
- Willingness to learn and develop operational skills
- Proficiency in English for communication and reading documentation
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
- No prior experience required; motivation and eagerness to learn and grow in IT operations are highly valued
