Warehouse Officer - آقا

Job Description

- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming IT equipment and goods.
- Organize and store IT items safely and systematically in the warehouse.
- Prepare and dispatch IT orders on time, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory records and generate warehouse activity reports.
- Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) by tagging, labeling, and registering assets in ERP/ITAM systems.
- Assist in asset lifecycle tracking, audits, and reconciliation with ITAM and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies for IT equipment handling.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, ITAM team, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery or stock issues.


Requirements

- Experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Knowledge of stock handling and safety compliance
- Proficiency in record keeping using Excel and inventory systems
- Basic familiarity with IT hardware
- High attention to detail and accuracy
