
HR Administration
Prepare, issue, and archive employment contracts, addendums, and employee letters.
Maintain and update personnel files and the HR database (physical and digital).
Manage issuance of HR letters, employment certificates, and administrative documents.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit formalities and clearance forms.
Payroll & Attendance (HR Scope)
Collect, validate, and prepare monthly attendance and timesheet reports.
Compile and review payroll input files (overtime, deductions, benefits, absences) and submit to Finance for processing.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries.
Compensation & Benefits (Operational)
Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, allowances, perks, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date records of benefits utilization and eligibility.
Support implementation of C&B policies by providing accurate data and reports.
Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards related to workforce costs and benefits.
HR Services & Compliance
Ensure HR processes comply with labor law and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee administrative requests.
Coordinate with other HR functions (Recruitment, L&D, Performance) to ensure smooth HR operations.
