Communications Supervisor

• Develop and execute local communication plans that align with global, local, and functional strategies.
• Oversee creation and distribution of internal newsletters, press releases, internal reports, and promotional materials.
• Manage Unilever Iran’s social media channels, crafting content calendars and engaging with online communities in close relationship with the agency.
• Support crisis communications efforts, updating stakeholders and implementing contingency messaging.
• Coordinate events such as product launches, press conferences, and employee town halls.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Customer Developments, and other functions’ teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Mentor and support junior communications liaisons and the external agencies to enhance their storytelling capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate communication KPIs, gathering insights to refine tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate or brand communications.
• Proven supervisory or project-leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in content management, social media platforms, and multimedia tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational and time-management capabilities.
