Job Description

 Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase.  As an HR Generalist at Bimeh Bazar, you’ll manage onboarding, support employees on HR matters (leave, compensation, SSO, insurance), maintain HR documentation for staffing and OKR planning, help develop policies and procedures, and assist with recruitment and talent acquisition. 


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage employee onboarding, including assigning a Buddy, clarifying role expectations, introducing basic organizational fundamentals, and scheduling the appraisal session after the 3-month probation period.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave management, compensation, SSO, complementary insurance, and other matters; proactively resolve issues and concerns.
  • Process, verify, and maintain HR documentation related to staffing, training, OKR planning, target setting, and progress evaluation sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment activities.



 Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role,TA or a similar human resources position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to efficiently create reports, presentations, and track HR metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and document tools including Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs
