HR Generalist who aligns business goals with HR practices, provides data-driven insights, manages performance, talent development, recruitment, and compensation, and fosters a positive, trust-based workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support managers by translating business goals into practical HR practices.
- Assist leaders in daily decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Proactively identify and address employee and organizational needs.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and support a positive employee experience.
- Implement and execute initiatives related to performance management, talent development, recruitment, and compensation.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform and support operational decisions.
- Build trust and foster relationships between management and employees. Competencies Technical.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in an HRBP,OD, HR Generalist role, or a similar human resources position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong trust-building and relationship-management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various HR functions
- Ability to efficiently create reports, presentations, and track HR metrics.
