We're looking for a detail-oriented and impact-driven Operational Excellence Analyst to join our Operation Team and play a key role in optimizing our core operations through data, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

•   Validate and review data to ensure accuracy and up hold high standards in reporting and insights.  

•   Conduct thorough data analysis and design insightful dashboards to support business needs.  

•   Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that drive business decisions.  

•   Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute data driven input on ongoing initiatives and key projects.  

•   Organize, prioritize, and manage project tasks, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.  

•   Lead and deliver smaller scale projects independently, meeting deadlines and project goals.  

•   Utilize statistical methods to detect patterns, trends, and opportunities.  

•   Work with large datasets to uncover optimization and efficiency opportunities.  

•   Gather, clean, and analyze data to meet the requirements of mid level analytical projects.  

•   Write and maintain scripts using SQL and Python for data processing and analysis.  

•   Ensure data consistency and integrity through ongoing quality checks and improvements.  

•   Identify business requirements and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.  

•   Conduct proactive data exploration using both internal and external sources to spot trends, risks, or growth areas.  

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.  

•   2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis in a comparable role or industry.  

•   Strong skills in Excel and other analytical tools.  

•   Proficient in SQL and Python for data querying and transformation.  

•   Solid understanding of statistical techniques and their practical applications.  

•   Analytical mindset with strong problem solving capabilities and a focus on business impact.  

•   Team oriented with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast paced environments.  

•   Confident in influencing business decisions through data storytelling and insights.  

•   Good product intuition to identify and track critical KPIs.  

•   Experience using tools like Metabase to create interactive, insightful dashboards.  

•   Ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable product  /tech requirements.
