In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating employee appraisal cycles, maintaining performance data, and assisting managers with evaluation tools. Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the execution of performance review cycles (e.g., annual, mid-year).
· Assist in maintaining and improving performance management tools and systems.
· Guide managers and employees on the use of performance evaluation frameworks (e.g., goal-setting, feedback techniques).
· Collect, organize, and analyze performance data to identify trends and support reporting.
· Help address performance-related inquiries and ensure consistent application of policies.
· Support the HR team in integrating performance outcomes with training and development initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
