About the role
As a Campaign & Revenue Marketing Specialist, you support the marketing revenue department by managing operational tasks, coordinating Ads projects, and overseeing campaign delivery while maintaining merchant satisfaction. You also contribute to reporting and communication needs, ensuring the team stays aligned and informed.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional packages effectively according to plan.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, and marketing teams to drive sales and support revenue goals.
- Launch and manage marketing projects to accelerate growth and expand revenue streams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reports for optimization.
- Maintain strong merchant relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
- Manage campaign pricing and package implementation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Create and deliver professional communication and presentation materials for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) with experience in marketing campaigns or project coordination.
- Able to plan and execute marketing projects from start to finish.
- Works effectively with business, product, and marketing teams.
- Can write clear reports, present ideas confidently, and communicate well with merchants and colleagues.
- Ensures merchant satisfaction and provides consistent support.
- Tracks results and provides actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintains accuracy in campaigns, pricing, and reporting.
- Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive and adaptable, taking initiative and adjusting easily to change.
