Project Management Specialist (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Strategy, Marketing, and Delivery departments to enable smooth and aligned project execution.
• Develop and implement frameworks for registering, tracking, and monitoring all projects across the Commercial Department.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and dashboards to deliver real‑time insights into project status, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
• Continuously monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and apply effective risk management strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within Business Development or Operations.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to generate actionable, data‑driven insights.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific tools, systems, and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and related productivity tools.
