About the Role:
We are looking for a highly committed and experienced DevOps Manager to lead our platform initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our on-premise systems while fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, supporting their growth and professional development.
 • Design, implement, and manage on-premise infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
 • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab CI).
 • Establish best practices in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident management.
 • Promote a security-first culture by integrating security into every stage of delivery.
 • Drive improvements in observability, logging, and performance optimization.
 • Ensure effective incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
 • Balance immediate tactical needs with long-term infrastructure strategy.
 • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives.


What We’re Looking For:
 • Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or senior DevOps leader.
 • Strong expertise in Linux system administration, Kubernetes (on-premise).
 • Solid knowledge of networking, system security, and performance tuning.
 • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalents).
 • Strong business awareness and problem-solving mindset.
 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 • A passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge within the team.
 • Ability to mentor and inspire engineers to achieve team and organizational goals.
