

• Develop and implement human resources programs and policies for the country to ensure
that the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met and that
employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in accordance
with organization’s human resource strategy. Focus is on short -to mid-term strategies
(e.g., 1-3 years) to achieve business results, which may require substantial development of
new processes, standards or operational plans.
• Provide support to local line management and Area/Regional HR leadership by coordinating
all HR activities of the company within the country.
• Propose and implement organizational structures in line with the needs of the business.
Compensation & Benefits
• Lead the development of the compensation and benefits programs at the country level to
provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance and ensure alignment
with business objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs, including internal equity and competitive
structures, recommending modifications as appropriate. Ensure appropriate financial
controls are in place for incentive-based compensation programs, analyzing cost implications
of current and proposed plans.
• Lead the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal
consistency.
• Partner with salary data vendors to provide regional and market insight when developing
and adjusting the compensation plans. Apply financial analysis models, metrics, and quantitative
approaches that support data-driven decisions.
Employee Relations
• Develop and implement the organization’s employee relations strategy to minimize the
negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes. Ensure
compliance with all applicable national/regional Labor Laws.
• Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees,
unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other relevant
agencies ensuring that the organization's interests are protected.
Recruitment
• Provide overall direction for recruiting strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing
best practices, systems, and methodology within the country.
• Ensure the timely, efficient and cost-effective selection of talent.
• Lead the talent acquisition program to establish effective recruiting practices and implement
a successful orientation and onboarding program.
Payroll
• Oversee the correct processing of payroll.
