To plan, direct, and control all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, accounting, cost control, financing, and cash flow management, in order to achieve financial goals and sustainable business development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Strategy
Develop financial strategies aligned with the organization's overarching goals.
Forecast and analyze financial, economic, and investment trends.
Budget Management and Reporting
Prepare and control the annual budget.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Present analytical reports to the Board of Directors and CEO.
Financial Resource Control and Optimization
Effectively manage cash flow and working capital.
Optimize cost structure and increase return on investment.
Risk Management and Compliance
Identify and manage financial and credit risks.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, insurance regulations, and auditing standards.
Financing and Stakeholder Relations
Negotiate with banks, credit institutions, and investors to attract capital.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners and financial stakeholders.
Leadership of the Finance Team**
Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of finance department staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation within the finance unit.
