Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and integration of advanced artificial intelligence solutions for our academic conference platforms and digital products. This is a key role where you will design, build, and deploy AI systems that improve business operations, enhance customer experience, and support future innovation across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Model Development

• Build pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and structuring.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI/ML models for domain-specific use cases.
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and robustness of deployed models.

1. AI Integration & Applications

• Integrate AI models into websites, customer-facing tools, and internal systems.
• Develop AI-driven automation platforms for support, content, and operations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI seamlessly into workflows.

1. Innovation & Research

• Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Propose and experiment with new AI use cases to drive efficiency and value.
• Provide technical leadership on AI strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or related role.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar.
• Solid experience in Python and ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong background in data engineering, pipelines, and model deployment in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural design, and system-integration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with workflow automation or multi-channel AI platforms.
• Exposure to recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or intelligent search.
