

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Campaign Manager to lead and execute offline, outdoor, and 360-degree marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, TV commercials (TVCs), and co-branding initiatives with AzkiVam's merchants and sellers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization. ● Campaign Strategy & Planning
○ Design integrated offline campaign strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
○ Define and manage ATL (TV, radio, billboards), BTL (activations, sponsorships), and TTL campaign executions.
○ Develop and execute co-branding and partnership campaigns with merchants, financial institutions, and retail partners.
● Campaign Execution & Optimization
○ Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale offline and integrated campaigns.
○ Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver compelling assets and messaging.
○ Optimize campaign performance via data-driven tracking, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
○ Manage campaign budgets and ensure ROI-positive investments.
● Performance Analysis & Reporting
○ Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
○ Generate actionable reports to measure impact and refine strategies.
○ Use insights from analytics and consumer behavior to design future campaigns and partnerships.
● Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
○ Mentor and manage campaign specialists to ensure flawless execution.
○ Partner with internal teams (performance, social, brand, content) for integrated execution.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, production houses, and merchants.
○ Act as a bridge between AzkiVam and partners to co-create mutually beneficial marketing opportunities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or partnership marketing.
· Proven track record in executing ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
· Experience in TVC production, outdoor media, sponsorships, and media buying.
· Strong analytical and reporting background with demonstrated impact on ROI.
