Responsibilities:

• Design and propose security solutions across network, operating system, application, and database layers.
• Configure and implement security controls on firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, WAF, VPN, Microsoft and Linux services.
• Continuously monitor and assess the security of systems and services, and analyze security incidents.
• Conduct internal and external security audits, prepare reports, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure security requirements are implemented in organizational projects.
• Assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Document policies, procedures, and security-related changes.
• Track and manage security projects through to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information security.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with security solutions and technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Endpoint Security, DLP, WAF).
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration, including system hardening.
• Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, TLS/SSL).
• Experience in Incident Response and Security Event Management.
• Ability to analyze logs and create security dashboards in SIEM platforms.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills (both technical and managerial).
